Huskies Improve to 7-1 in Second Half with Doubleheader Sweep Over Big Sticks
The Huskies are back at Wade Stadium on Tuesday, July 8th against the Big Sticks.
DULUTH, Minn.- The start of the second half of the season hasn’t been short of exciting for the Duluth Huskies.
Holding the first-place spot in the Great Plains East with a record of 5-1.
On Monday, the Huskies welcomed in the Badlands Big Sticks in a doubleheader.
Duluth’s bats were hot in game one putting up 11 runs defeating the Big Sticks 11 to 3.
In game two, the Huskies picked up right where they left off, defeating the Big Sticks 5 to 2 to earn the series sweep.
The Huskies are back at Wade Stadium on Tuesday, July 8th against the Big Sticks.
First pitch is at 6:35 p.m.
