Salvation Army Civic Luncheon Held in Duluth

The Salvation Army is Gearing Up for the Holiday Season

Individuals and Businesses were recognized for their hard work at the Civic Luncheon held by the Salvation Army.

Around 200 guests enjoyed lunch, while reflecting back at the work the Salvation Army has done.  The luncheon works as a fund-raiser and a kick off of the holiday season for the salvation army.

“These 3 months and especially November December, are extremely important to the work of the salvation army,” said Gordon Mesedahl, the director of development for the Salvation Army.

The salvation army’s holiday red kettle is their biggest fundraiser.
