Chachos Taqueria Now Open With New Seating Area

DULUTH, Minn. — The weather recently may have some people believing summer is just around the corner. And for those people visiting Canal Park, their confusion may grow when they see that Chachos Taqueria is already open.

In the past, Chachos was just a warm weather spot offering Mexican food
Now, Chachos has purchased the building next door and has created a dining room that can comfortably hold about three dozen people.

The dining room opened Thursday and both regulars and new guests are enjoying the food. The co-owner of Chachos Aaron Maloney said, “Really great. You know, every day, it’s great feedback learning where people are coming from whether they’re locals or traveling from, you know, East Coast or West Coast or even just southern Minnesota. But you had a really positive response and really gave great feedback on the food.”

Chachos Taqueria has expanded its offerings and now has vegan tacos, chicken Mole bowls, and Torta sandwiches.

In addition, their famous hot sauce is now available for purchase at local grocery stores.
