Blues Festival Brings Tailgate City

For some fans, the highlight of the Bayfront Blues Festival might not be the music.

That’s because an improptu town of blues loving tailgaters has formed in the parking lot of the DECC.

Fans arrived as early as Sunday to claim their favorite spots for the three day blues festival.

Music pumps through the lot as tailgaters enjoy their favorite friends, food, and beverages between and during sets.  

The temporary city should disappear Sunday evening after the final act goes on at 6 p.m.
