Duluth residents discuss Spirit Valley’s future
DULUTH, Minn. — Residents gathered at City Center West in Spirit Valley for an open forum to discuss and recommend improvements for the district.
The meeting covered a range of ideas to improve the area. Some ideas include a Cross City Trail connection, redesigning Grand Avenue and Central Avenue, and a new vision for the K-Mart site.
People were able to rank the ideas they considered the best plan for the area and fill out comment cards.
