Saints’ Dana Moore Named UMAC Coach of the Year; Freshman Draper Takes Home Two Awards
Freshman Alicia Draper was named UMAC Rookie of Defensive Player of the Year.
ST. PAUL, Minn. – St. Scholastica’s Dana Moore was named UMAC volleyball Coach of the Year for the fourth time in her career and the first since 2003.
Moore guided the Saints to a share of the UMAC regular season title, as well as getting her 400th career win earlier this season.
Freshman Alicia Draper was named Rookie of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year, ranking third in the country among freshman in digs per set. She along with teammate Brooke Schermann were named to the All-UMAC First Team, along with Wisconsin-Superior’s Cami Sletta.
