Area Entrepreneurs Learn About Food Industry
SUPERIOR, Wisc. – Have you ever wanted to start your own restaurant? Well, the Superior Business Center and UWS Small Business Development Center gave folks some tips Monday morning.
The Center held a workshop which gave people the first steps, and other resources to push them in the right direction.
The goal is to make sure they can support a viable business.
Instructors say, they have seen success with their programs.
“They may delay or put it on hold until they can get the rest of their ducks in a row as we say. But yes, we do see actual business come out of it because this is a business incubator and we are in the business of helping people start businesses,” Culinary Instructor Alrene Coco says.
The Center will hold it’s next food products business workshop in January.
