Level III Predatory Offender Relocates to Duluth

Duluth Police Department is notifying the city of a level III offender that has been released and relocated

The Duluth Police Department is notifying the public on the release and relocation of a Level III Predatory Offender 55 year old, David Houle.

Houle is currently living in the vicinity of the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West in Duluth. Offender has a history of sexual contact and physical assault with adult female victims. Contact has included sexual touching.

Offender was not previously known to victims.

Houle is described as a Native American male, 5′ 10″ tall, 208 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
