Duluth Sex Offender Released into Community

Duluth police want the public to know about the release of a level III sex offender.

Delton Misquadace, 26, is currently living in the area of 22nd Avenue West and 2nd Street in Duluth.

Misquadace engaged in sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl.

He removed her clothes and had sex with her while she was intoxicated.

Police said Misquadace was a brief acquaintance of the victim.
